Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to register your return. Orders returned more than 14 days after receipt are not eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact us at info@iconic-garments.com. We will then send you a return form.

Step 2: Send your order to the return address. Ensure that you provide the package with a Track & Trace code. Without a Track & Trace code, we cannot track the package and therefore cannot determine if it has actually arrived at the return address.

Step 3: Receive your purchase amount back in your account. Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred back to your account within 5 working days.

Please note: The return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. This is in pursuit of the most sustainable shipping process possible. Additionally, the customer has benefited from free shipping with their order.

As our warehouse is located in Asia, return costs may be high. You are welcome to contact our customer service team to find a suitable solution together. We are happy to help!

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and send us a photo if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and offer you a suitable solution immediately. To handle damaged or incorrectly received products, we must receive a photo no later than 7 days after receipt of the order.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations
To process a cancellation, we must receive the request no later than 24 hours after ordering. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@iconic-garments.com. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can return the package to us immediately after receipt for a full refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds for payments via Klarna are processed by us immediately, but even with Klarna, it may take a few working days for them to process the refund and update your invoice.

Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are prepared at a delivery point but not picked up, we charge a fee, which is deducted from the purchase price. This is because we cannot reuse the items belonging to these packages. Additionally, the return costs will be charged to the sender.

If you decide not to pick up a package waiting at a pickup location, please be aware that you will not receive a full refund of the purchase amount for your order.
